FAU NCHA Community Health Center Visits West Gate Elementary School

Members from the FAU NCHA Community Health Center visited West Gate Elementary School, where the parents of the children who attend there, learned about the variety of services that are offered by the Center and the many grant-funded resources that are available to community members. This was a very informative and successful community event for all. #communityoutreach #caringinaction #nursing #FAU
