National Nurses Week

During National Nurses Week, we celebrate the journey – Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing students embrace different cultures, impacting the lives of those who have little or no access to quality health care in their own communities. In March, 50 NP and BSN students and faculty traveled to Guatemala, where much-needed primary care was provided to more than 1,000 indigenous Maya patients, including babies, school children and aging adults. This past week, students were, again, in Guatemala providing health screenings to children and more.
