Grand Opening of the Davie Campus Sim Lab

FAU’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing held the grand opening of its Advanced Nursing Simulation and Clinical Learning Laboratory located on the Davie campus on December 18, 2023. FAU President Stacy Volnick, Dean Safiya George, leadership, faculty, students and community members were in attendance. The program concluded with the official cutting of the ribbon followed by demonstrations of the high-fidelity simulators conducted by nursing students.

The college is grateful for the generous funders who have turned this project into a reality. This state-of-the-art laboratory will provide students with high-tech and high-touch skills to carry into the workforce and help improve patient outcomes.
