Alaiya Dewji recently served as a student ambassador at the Nursing Consortium of South Florida conference. It provided her the opportunity to hear from speakers on a variety of topics, including healthcare management and leadership. She also met with other nursing students, CNOs, clinical managers, nurse managers, recruiters from healthcare facilities and others.
