Memorandum of Understanding signed with Thammasat University in Thailand

Dean Marlaine Smith, Dr. Deborah Chapa and a delegation from Thammasat University in Thailand met earlier this week to sign a Memorandum of Understanding for mutual collaboration in educational exchange programs and research opportunities.
