Community Gentle Chair Yoga
Vera and Dr. Ruth Tappen, Eminent Scholar at the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing, have produced Gentle Chair Yoga, a video program designed for those who have difficulty doing floor exercise. The video, with companion photo guide, is available to the public with proceeds going to the Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center. Gentle Chair Yoga is done while sitting in a chair and delivers 32 minutes of guided, healthful body work through breathing, stretching and relaxing exercises.
