Dr. Natalie Murphy is a board certified family nurse practitioner who joined Florida Atlantic University faculty in 2014. Her current clinical practice and teaching is focused on cardiac nursing and primary care. Natalie practices per diem for a large, private cardiology practice in Stuart. Previous clinical experience includes practice in the areas of critical care, emergency room, and the cardiac catheterization lab. She also has completed research focused on the healthcare needs of internationally adopted children. Her current area of practice interest is in the management of microvascular heart disease in women and preventative cardiac care with alternative methods such as restorative yoga and plant-based diets.
