The Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing will award $30,000 a year stipends to 3 students who begin their Nursing PhD program in Fall 2009. These stipends will be available for 2 years enabling these students to complete their doctoral course work. Applications are competitive; those applying must be willing to enroll full-time and work as teaching assistants or research assistants for at least 10 hours a week. Two of the stipends will be awarded to students who state their intention to teach in a Nursing program in the State of Florida.
