Caring is a Science, and we study it.

A message from Dean Smith

“As I reflect on the last seven years as Dean of FAU’s Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing, I am so proud of our faculty, staff, students and alumni. Together, we have accomplished so much. We developed and strengthened caring-based nursing education, research and community engagement. The College was ranked as one of the Top 50 in the nation by U.S. News and World Report for its online graduate programs, and MSN and DNP programs. The College created Florida’s first Freshmen Direct Admit track for the BSN program. And, this year, there was a 100% pass rate on both the NCLEX exam and FNP certification exams, to name just a few accomplishments. The future of the College is brighter than ever.”
